Fried Forella Fish With Rosemary & Ginger

imageFried Forella fish with Rice and Spicy Sambal kecap ( spicy sweet soy been sauce with chillies and tomatoes ) for me, as Indonesian we have to eat with sambal no matter what situation we are in!

Sambal kecap hmmmm lecker!

My son don’t eat fish so I specially cooking for him rice and potato soup with  Chicken sausage.

As German Hubby like to eat his fish with potatoes, nah ja so be it!image

I marinated the fishes with salt , lemon ,pepper, chilly powder , rosemarry , thyme and slices ginger.image
