The simple everyday menu the Indonesian people have for breakfast example is like fried rice, fried noodles or porridge. Of course do not forget there is always with sambal.
Lunch menu for example, rice with fried tempeh, sambal and salad.
Dinner menu for example, rice with fish, soups and sambal!.
Why in each menu there is always rice and sambal?
First, rice is the staple food of Indonesia. There is a saying that “we are not full if not yet eat rice”.

Bird eyes Chilli »» 5 pieces
Large red chilli »» 1 piece
Garlic »» 1 clove
Peanut fried »» 1 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Sweet Soy Sauce »» 1 tablespoon
Brown Sugar »» Moderation
Boiled water »» moderation
1 pc lemon
How to make paste :
Grind chilies, garlic and salt, add the brown sugar and grind back until smooth
Enter a peanut, little by little and grind again.
Last enter shrimp paste, mix with a coupled water until consistency obtained in accordance with the wishes
