DAILY LIFE…Sometimes bad,sometimes good
500 grams of egg noodles
1 egg, beaten
7 stem leaf mustard
5 pc chicken sausage or shredder chicken that already boiled
1 stalk celery
1 spring onion, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons chili sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Ground pepper to taste
sugar to taste
salt to taste
750 ml chicken broth (former chicken stew)
Bumbu, crushed ( pounded together with mortar and pestle ):
3 pieces of red chili
1 whole candlenut
2 pc shallots
2 cloves of garlic
How To Make:
The first step is to soak the noodles in hot water and then remove and drain.
Heat the oil and saute the ingredients that have been smoothed until fragrant.
Pour broth, if you want can add shredded chicken or sausage, soy sauce and chili sauce. Cook until boiling.
After that enter the vegetables, then add the noodles. Add salt, sugar and pepper and stir until blended.
Add the eggs, stir again until blended.
Finally enter the cornstarch and stir a little while until sauce thickens.
Remove and serve.
