DAILY LIFE…Sometimes bad,sometimes good
Inspired by Indian food namely murtabak, these foods are very popular in Indonesia, we called it Martabak.
Martabak Indonesia usually contains chopped meat , scallions and beaten egg.
But this time I wanted to make another version, namely martabak tofu.
For those who do not eat meat, can try this recipe. This recipe is easy because the martabak skin I purposely using ready made Pastry in packaging . You can buy this in Asia Market in your city.
100 grams of minced tofu or meat ( its up to you )
5 spring onion, finely chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
salt, pepper powder and seasoning to taste
HOW TO MAKE A MINI EGG MARTABAK:
Combine the meat with garlic, salt and pepper and stir-fry until cooked. But in my recipe I using tofu so we dont need to stir fry, just combine all ingredients together.
Blend with egg, onions, spring onion and seasoning, stir well.
Put 2 tea spoon the filling to the skin pastry , folding and fry until cooked. Remove and serve.
