DAILY LIFE…Sometimes bad,sometimes good
Making samosas from the beginning it requires patience, especially if you make samosas skin themself.
Here I always presents easy recipes. I use ready-made pastry. This pastry is thin and square.
Remove the pastry shell from the packaging and cover with a towel or cloth before used to be an easy to retrieve it later on.
Ingredients Samosa Filling:
1/2 kg of potatoes that have been boiled, cut into chunks
3 tbsp Curry Seasoning
Mix all ingredients in a pan and stir until well blended, reduce heat. Leave until the potatoes are slightly tender. Remove and let cool.
Spread the pastry on a cutting board and glue the edges with a mixture of flour and water so that later the filling do not come out when fried.
Take one tablespoon and start folding as shown.
