Tofu & Cabbage Salad with Peanut Sauce

Ingredients:

2 pieces (700 grams) tofu, fried, cut into pieces
125 grams of cabbage, finely sliced
2 stalks celery, chopped fine for topping
fried red onions for topping

Sweet Soy Sauce Ingredients:

7  tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 1/4 teaspoons brown sugar
100 ml of water

Ground Spices:
3 cloves of garlic
5 red chilies curly
100 grams of peanut of roasted

Processing Method:

Sweet Soy Sauce ; Stir ingredients together of soy sauce and ground spices.
Layout chunks of tofu and bean sprouts on plate. Sprinkle with soy sauce, celery and fried onion.
