DAILY LIFE…Sometimes bad,sometimes good
Materials / ingredients:
1 piece out (400 grams), mashed
400 grams of fish meat, cut into chunks
2 eggs, beaten off
1 tomato, cut into pieces
3 sprigs thyme / kemangi leaves ) basil leaves
18 pieces of green chili
bay leaf / salam leaves
2 tbs lemon juice
banana leaves for wrapping
4 red onions
2 cloves of garlic
2 cm turmeric, grilled (or turmeric powder)
2 red chilies
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
2 lime leaves, discard bones leaves
Mix the tofu, fish meat, egg whisk and lemon juice.
Stir well. Take a banana leaf. Give tomatoes, basil, bay leaves and green chili.
Spoon the mixture out and fish.
Wrap shape like pepes as shown in the image above. Hook with toothpick.
Steam for 25 minutes over medium heat until cooked.
For 10 – 13 wrap
