DAILY LIFE…Sometimes bad,sometimes good
220 gr of raw peanuts
220 gr rice flour
250 ml coconut milk mixed well with water
Spice Paste pounded together:
2 pc candlenut
1 cm of fresh turmeric, peeled and sliced, or ½ teaspoon ground turmeric
3 cloves garlic, peeled
1 tbs coriander seeds
2 kaffir lime leaves ( slices tiny like strip )
1 tbs salt
Cooking Method :
Combine the ground paste and flour in a bowl, add the coconut milk and mixed well until a smooth paste and make sure its is till like watery solution and not so thick, add the peanuts, slice kaffir lime leaves and mix well.
Heat oil in a wok over medium heat until hot.
Spoon of batter at a time in hot oil and fry until crisp and golden.
Remove from work and drain the water on paper towels.
Continue frying until all batter is used up the waters. Let cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
