DAILY LIFE…Sometimes bad,sometimes good
500 grams of chicken liver
1000 grams of potatoes, diced and fried until dry ½
10 red onions, sliced
1 tomato , diced
2 bay leaves
2 cm galangal
500 ml coconut milk
Taste Oil for frying and sauteing
Ground spices: ( bumbu )
5 cloves of garlic
8 red chilies
1 tablespoon shrimp paste
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons salt
10 red chilies, seeded and thinly sliced lengthwise, fried half done
Steamed chicken liver for 10 minutes, let cool, cut into cubes 2×2 cm.
Heat 3 tablespoons of cooking oil, saute the bumbu ingredients until fragrant.
Enter the ginger and bay leaf.
Enter tomatoes, red onion slices, potato and beef liver, stir well.
After the flavors mingle, enter coconut milk and cook until shrink
Enter fried chili, stir well. Remove and serve with rice , opor ayam and keropoek udang. Enjoy.
