DAILY LIFE…Sometimes bad,sometimes good

Sate for Lunch




Chicken breast 450 grams
Limo /Lime 2 pieces
Sweet soy sauce 75 – 100 ml ( I used ABC Indonesian Brand )
1/4 teaspoon salt

Cooking Oil 75 ml
Garlic 1 tablespoon (garlic powder) or else 1pc garlic
1 teaspoon coriander

Chili (chili) 1 tablespoon red ( use more chili if you want spicy )
Cooking oil 3 tablespoons
Red onion 2 pc
Garlic 1 pc { 1 tsp for garlic powder)
Water 250 ml
Peanut 150 grams ( i used peanut in can }
Gula Melaka / Gula Jawa / Brown sugar 50 gr
Sweet kecap manis according to taste

How to make :

1. Rinse chicken fillet. Cut thin rectangle. Put lime juice, marinated well, then enter a sweet soy sauce and salt. Let stand for a while to allow the flavors to infuse.

2. MAKE OIL to spread CHICKEN: ( Oil Chicken )

Combine the oil, coriander and garlic ( pounded together ), cook over low heat until the garlic turns yellow. Remove and let cool, strain . Before being burned, apply the oil to the chicken.

3. Grilled chicken skewers until cooked, over medium heat.

Serve with peanut sauce, and if you like to prepare well with pickled cucumber or green Chili and Red Onion.


1. Pounded peanut and garlic togather ( I used traditional mortar but you can use blender )

2.Blend together with sugar ( gula melaka ) and saute . Put water into the stir fry seasoning, also enter the water until thickened. Add kecap manis. Once the sauce has thickened, remove from heat.
