DAILY LIFE…Sometimes bad,sometimes good

Lodeh Nangka Muda


Delicious Lodeh secret lies in the process. Put spice in advance, ending by inserting coconut milk


300 grams of chopped jackfruit, briefly boiled, drained ( I used can Jackfruit )
100 gram scabbage
3 large green chilies cut oblique
2 bay leaves / Salam leaves
1 stalk lemongrass crushed
3 cm galangal crushed
4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons brown sugar
500 ml of water
1,000 ml coconut milk

Ground Spices:

6 red onions
3 cloves of garlic
3 grains of roasted hazelnut
1 large red chilies
2 red chilies curly
½ teaspoon coriander
1 cm turmeric or tumeric powder

Processing Method:
Boil ground spices, water, bay leaf, lemongrass, and ginger until fragrant.
Enter the  jackfruit. Boil until half cooked. Add the cabbage and green peppers. Stir well until boiling.
Add salt and brown sugar. Stir frequently,
Pour the coconut milk, stirring gently until boiling and cooked. Served with Rice.
