DAILY LIFE…Sometimes bad,sometimes good
I cooked roast duck today,its very easy recipe and tasty. Simple and you can do it.
I put all the ingredients together in the pot and add the duck into it.
Closed the pan for an hour, adding water little bit if dried.
After an hour take out the duck from the pan and roast in oven for 20 minutes to crisp the duck skin.
Cut into pieces before serve, I like to eat with white rice and sambal ( chillies ).
The following spice to put together on saucepan, please try!
Brown sugar, salt, lime leaves, bay leaves, lemon grass, ginger, star anise, clove, pepper and tyhme.
